Initial Contact With Us

One of the hardest decisions a person can make, when problems arise, is the decision to contact an attorney. Too often that important decision is put off too long.  Many people wait until a problem has escalated almost beyond remediation. There are a number of reasons for this troublesome delay.  Many people are unsure if their issue really requires the services an attorney.  Others have anxiety about retaining an attorney or simply do not know how to go about finding an attorney who is capable of  meeting their needs. In this website we will try to help you learn how to get the help you need either from us, or from another appropriate attorney or advocate.  It is our desire everyone has access to the basic information they need to evaluate their case and to determine their need for legal or advocacy services.   Please consider the information provided under the tabs "calling us" and "writing us."  It can also be enlightening to look at the information under "office Policies."
